PointClub

PointClub

Updated by on July 26th, 2022

PointClub was founded in 2015. While a newer site compared to some others, the site is ownded and operated by Innovate MR, which was founded by people with significant previous experience and solid reputations in the online survey space.

Earnings are paid in points, with 1,000 points being equal to $1. Members can choose to receive a PayPal payment or select from a variety of digital gift cards. A reward can be requested at any time after a person earns enough points for it. All Paypal payments and digital gift card rewards are processed and issued within 10 business days after being ordered. One drawback is the higher payout threshold, with a minimum requirement of 25,000 points ($25) to receive payments.

Members can earn a 5,000 point ($5) sign up bonus by completing the entire sign up process, taking a first short survey, and confirming their email address. After the signup process is completed the site has a helpful “guided tour” feature, which makes this a good site for people who haven’t used any other paid survey sites in the past.

Members continue earning points by completing surveys from the site’s “Mission List.” A handful of easy profile surveys will be available at the bottom of that list, which will also help to match you up with more survey opportunities in the future. This paid survey site has a unique setup in how awards are determined, in that the amount you earn from surveys will vary depending on how actively you use the site.

Each day a person logs in and attempts at least one survey counts toward that user’s daily streak. After logging in for a certain number of consecutive days a person’s account is moved up to a higher “level” and earns 10% more for each survey completed. This leveling up repeats every several days until a person is able to earn double for each survey after being active 100 days straight.

So it’s a good idea to login every day and attempt at least one survey to keep the streak going. Additionally, the first five surveys a person attempts each day will reward at least 12 points, even if the person doesn’t qualify to complete the survey.

If a person doesn’t login for a day the PointsClub system lowers their level by one rather than fully reseting the streak. So if a person is earning double for surveys and then misses logging in for a day they’ll just lose one level and earn a 90% bonus until running a long enough streak to get back to the top level. If a person misses two days they’d fall another level and only earn an 80% bonus. So missing a day every now and again isn’t disasterous, but missing a week straight would basically set a person back to the beginning.

PointClub also has a “ShoutBox” feature which allows people to enter daily raffles (10 people can win 1,000 points) by checking the program’s Facebook or Twitter feeds for their daily code. The downside here is that entry into the raffle requires you to like the post in their social media feed in addition to entering the code on their site. Awards are issued to winners the following day.

For those who want to invite others, there is not currently a referral program, but PointClub is planning to make one available to members of the site soon. Other new features have also been scheduled for the same time. Once the new features have been launched we’ll update this post with details.

This paid survey program doesn’t currently have a dedicated mobile app, but the site is mobile optimized and works well on both iOS and Android devices.
