Valentine's Day: What's in store for you?Posted in Announcements by CashCrate Dana
Valentine's Day is celebrated each year on February 14th. Its a big day for cards, candy, and love.
Will you be my Valentine?
More than 60% of Americans celebrate Valentines Day by giving flowers, candy, going out to dinner, or exchanging cards. An estimated 190 million Valentine cards are given every year. More than 220 million roses are gown for the holiday. Millions of couples get engaged.
Kids enjoy Valentines too. Its become a tradition at a lot of schools for the littler kinds to exchange cards with others in their class: Sponge Bob, Mickey and Minnie Mouse, Star Wars, Barbie, and the list goes on. Kids can even find their favorite super hero on a Valentine like Spider Man or Super Man or Wonder Woman. One Tip: Shop early so the best things are not picked over.
What will you do for Valentines Day? Any special plans? If you are married or have a significant other, maybe a nice romantic dinner is in order. Good food by candle light can set the mood and make for a wonderful memory. If youre single, perhaps you can find your own Valentine on this special day.
Boxes of chocolate are another biggie and according to a movie, they are a lot like life. You never know what you're gonna get." Maybe some type of adventure awaits, from kids not knowing what kind of cards theyll get from their classmates, to a single adult finding love when they least expect it. At least they say it happens that way.
However it turns out, CashCrate wishes you a Happy Valentines Day. Enjoy the chocolates life has to offer. Enjoy the surveys too, lol.
